Cara Glaze, MSW, LCSW
is a fully licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience working with adult individuals and couples in a variety of settings. She is honored to help her clients grow toward the goals they set for themselves and their lives.

I love working with adults who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, and changes brought about by life transitions. It is so satisfying to help folks learn to recognize their symptoms and triggers, gain specific tools and strategies that really help, then grow through these experiences to a place where they can claim their personal power and ability to transform their lives.
I enjoy working with couples, from those who are proactively working to strengthen their connection, to those who are working to rebuild trust and find new ways to approach old issues. It is a humbling and fulfilling experience to be a part of the effort that goes into people learning to heal, grow and live well together.
